1. Membership

Membership (subscription) to all resources provided by SkyaboveLocal.com is for one year (12 months) unless otherwise stated in the subscription.

Your listing accounts with Google, Yahoo, MSN, YellowPages, SuperPages and others is subject to the directorie's terms and conditions.

2. Product Delivery

As soon as you have made payment for a membership (subscription) and we can acknowledge receipt of the payment, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from our side within 24 hours, please contact us through this web site. After receiving our email with your account details, you have immediate access to our member area. The email address you are giving us, should be valid, as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your company`s email address.

Note: Your order can be pending for manual anti fraud check up from Pay pal for up to 48 hours in rare cases.

3. Refund Policy

SkyaboveLocal offers all subscribers a guarantee of full refund for up to 5 days after purchase. Refunds are only applicable if:

- You have not received all information with passwords and logins for your accounts.
- You cancel your order within 5 days of payment reciept.

You may not assign your membership (subscription) to another user. This includes allowing another user to access your membership (subscription) with your log in details.
